Carla Hayes, 33, of N.C. 172 in Sneads Ferry, was charged Jan. 18 by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with felony larceny by an employee.She is accused of stealing $42 belonging to Speedway on Jan. 11, warrants state.Bond of $5,000 was set.
