Darryl Kearse, 43, of Graytown Road in Jacksonville, was charged Jan. 18 by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver marijuana, felony manufacture marijuana, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and felony maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance.He is accused of possessing with intent to manufacture and sell 258.5 grams of marijuana, warrants state.Bond of $7,000 was set.
