Kayla Marie Jones, 18, of Bayshore Boulevard in Jacksonville was arrested Oct. 23 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony fleeing to elude arrest and reckless driving.She is accused of attempting to flee a law enforcement officer attempting a traffic stop for an inoperable headlamp. At the time of the violation, Jones was allegedly speeding in excess of 15 mph over the speed limit and driving reckless on Gum Branch Road, the warrant states.Bond totaled $7, [...]
