Amanda Leigh Hoit, 30, of Village Drive in Jacksonville was arrested Oct. 23 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with three counts of felony larceny by employee.She is accused of stealing from the Han-Dee Hugo store while an employee between Oct. 19 and Oct. 21, according to warrants. Items allegedly stolen included packs of cigarettes, water, an energy drink, a pack of Tylenol, and online lottery tickets, warrant state.Bond totaled $15,000.
