Kashon Rayam, 22, of Talon Drive in Jacksonville was arrested Oct. 23 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony breaking and entering, felony trespass during an emergency, felony larceny, felony conspire to commit larceny, felony conspire to break and enter a building.Rayam is accused of conspiring with Jalen Martin, Nahriek Dorsey and James Brooks to break into The Athlete’s Foot at 2075 N.
