Thomas M. Burkett, 25, of Blvd. of the Allies in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was arrested March 14 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with possessing a stolen motor vehicle.Burkett is accused of possessing a stolen 2004 Ford Taurus, according to warrants.Bond was set at $10,000.
