Clifton Nehemiah Fajardo, 16, of Gum Branch Road in Jacksonville was arrested March 14 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony common law robbery, felony conspiracy and misdemeanor conspiracy.Fajardo is accused of conspiring with one other to commit felony common law robbery and misdemeanor assault, and stealing the person’s shoes, jacket, shirt and iPhone, all worth $305, by means of assault, according to warrants.
