Boris Carley Pickett, 53, of Lakewood Drive in Jacksonville was arrested March 7 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with habitual larceny and obtain property by false pretense.Pickett is accused of stealing a Cannondale F200 bicycle after having previously been convicted of misdemeanor larceny on Jan. 18, 2017, April 20, 2016, May 7, 2015 and July 8, 2016 in Onslow County District Court, according to warrants.
