Melissa Scarberry, 46, of OCI Drive in Jacksonville was arrested March 7 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with embezzlement.Scarberry is accused of embezzling $2,500 belonging to her former employer at Yesterday’s Thrift Store, according to warrants.Bond was set at $10,000.
