A man is being sought for questioning about a theft at a local home improvement store.The larceny took place Sept. 15 at Lowe’s Home Improvement on Western Boulevard, according to Jacksonville Police Department.The suspect is described as a white man, 20-30 years old with short brown hair, average build.
