Larry Michael Chilson, 21, of Camp Lejeune was arrested March 13 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with trafficking opium or heroin and maintain vehicle/dwelling/place controlled substance.Chilson is accused of transporting 9.6 grams of Oxycodone and maintaining a Dodge Ram 1500 used for keeping and selling Oxycodone, according to warrants.Bond was set at $20,000.
