Liezel Crystel Cromer, 35, of Eden Street on Camp Lejeune was arrested March 12 by the Jacksonville Police Department on two charges of forgery of endorsement and two charges of uttering forged instrument.Cromer is accused of forging an endorsement on two Navy Federal checks and delivering the checks as true to Navy Federal, according to warrants.Bonds totaled $10,000.
