Daniel Q. McLean, 30, of Community Drive in Jacksonville was charged Feb. 18 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony attempting to obtain a controlled substance by forgery or fraud.He is accused of attempting to obtain the medication Klonopin by another person's prescription on Feb. 18, warrants state.Bond of $2,000 was set.
