Daniel Q. McLean, 30, of Community Drive in Jacksonville was charged Feb. 18 by the Swansboro Police Department with felony larceny by an employee.He is accused of taking construction tools valued at $3,572 while working for a contractor between Dec. 1 and Dec. 22, warrants state.Bond of $5,000 was set.
