Darrell Thomas William Clark, 19, homeless, was charged Feb. 16 by the Swansboro Police Department with felony attempt to break and enter and felony conspiracy to break and enter a building.Clark is accused of conspiring with two juveniles to break into the N.C. 24 Tobacco shop on West Corbett Avenue and steal merchandise on Jan. 8, according to warrants.He was placed under a $4,000 bond.
