New charges have been filed in the Feb. 10 shooting and stabbing of a Wilmington man.Marquis Larcio Hodges Jr., 20, of Hubert Boulevard in Jacksonville, was charged Feb 15 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony discharge of a weapon causing serious bodily injury and misdemeanor discharge of dangerous weapons.Hodges is accused of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and causing serious injury, according to warrants.
