An Onslow County Sheriff’s Office patrol car ended a traffic pursuit on Hubert Boulevard in a ditch on Tuesday morning.At about 10:30 a.m., the deputy was in pursuit of a driver who was violating traffic laws, when a car coming in the other direction crossed the center lane and the deputy swerved to miss the car, according to OCSO Col.
