Sonia Latrese Curbelo, 35, of Briarneck Road in Jacksonville, was arrested on Feb. 2 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin and felony possession of cocaine.Curbelo is accused of possessing a gram of heroin and an unspecified amount of cocaine, according to warrants.Bail was set at $7,000.
