Devonte Marquise Howard, 19, of Mill Pond Road in Jacksonville, was arrested on Feb. 2 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle.Howard is accused of knowingly possessing a stolen 2010 Acura TL 4S, according to warrants.Bail was set at $5,000.
