Prince Cleveland Humphrey, 29, of Maypatch Lane in Jacksonville, was charged Dec. 1 by the Jacksonville Police department with felony possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, felony selling cocaine and felony delivering cocaine.Humphrey is accused of selling and delivering 1 gram of cocaine to a confidential reliable informant, according to warrants.Bail is set at $20,000.
