Christopher Allen Kamienski, 29, of Tallman Circle in Midway Park, was charged Dec. 1 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony possession of a controlled substance on jail or prison premises, felony possession of methamphetamine and felony manufacturing methamphetamine.Kamienski is accused of manufacturing by chemical synthesis and possessing methamphetamine on the premises of the Onslow County Detention Center, according to warrants.Bail is set at $165,000.
