Four people were taken into custody after allegedly doing drugs in the bathroom of the Holly Ridge Speedway.According to a news release from the Holly Ridge Police Department, officers spoke with suspects just after 6 a.m. Saturday and “found a syringe with residue and blood in the bathroom.” Holly Ridge Police Chief Keith Whaley said two of the four arrested were found in the bathroom and two were found in the vehicle.“We think they were mutual associates, [...]
