A man accused of fatally shooting another man is awaiting his first court appearance.Malcolm Trayvon Lambert, 21, of Williams Street in Jacksonville is accused of fatally shooting 27-year-old Leroy Quinn, of Jacksonville, at 8:13 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Carmen Avenue in Jacksonville.Lambert was charged Wednesday by the Jacksonville Police Department with an open count of murder, according to warrants.
