Joseph Megail Medina-Harper, 17, of Horizon Lane in Jacksonville was arrested Oct. 18 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony larceny from a person.Medina-Harper is accused of stealing $60 cash from a woman.Bail is set at $10,000.
