Drug arrest - Ginger Michelle Fussell

Ginger Michelle Fussell, 38, of Rocky Point, was charged Oct. 2 by the Holly Ridge Police Department with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.Fussell is accused of possessing an unspecified amount of meth and drug paraphernalia in the form of tin foil, capsule and a Ziploc bag, according to warrants.Bond was set at $3,500.
