David Gerald Walcott Jr., 35, of Yearling Loop in Jacksonville, was charged Oct. 2 by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with two counts trafficking marijuana, felony manufacture of marijuana, felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for controlled substances, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.Walcott is accused of possessing more 20.8 pounds marijuana, as well as manufacturing marijuana by the harvest [...]
