Robert R. Godin, 36, of Wilmington Highway in Jacksonville, was charged Aug. 14 by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with two counts felony embezzlement.Godin is accused of taking and using tools belonging to his place of employment, Pool, Patios and Spas, using a Carvin laser and sand filter system, a porter drill and a Kobalt 24 volt drill for his own benefit, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
