Kendra Kay Roe, 22, of Forest Grove Avenue in Jacksonville, was charged Aug. 14 by the Jacksonville Police Department with larceny by an employee.Roe is accused of buying shoes from Rack Room Shoes using her employee discount and then returning them to the store at full price, according to warrants.Bond was set at $10,000.
