A Richlands man has been accused of beating a man with a metal pole during a break-in.Billy Keith Carr, 27, of Five Mile Road in Richlands was arrested Dec. 15 by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, second degree kidnapping, first degree burglary, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, felony conspiracy, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, and assault with a deadly weapon.On Nov. 28, Carr is accused of [...]
