The cause of an early-morning fire in Jacksonville remains under investigation.Jacksonville Fire and Emergency Services responded to a house fire at 717 Barn St. in Jacksonville at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, according to Media Liaison Beth Purcell.Everyone inside was evacuated and unharmed, Purcell said, and the fire damaged only the porch and outside areas.It was quickly taken care of by firefighters, Purcell said, but not before causing an estimated $11,500 in damages.
