A Jacksonville woman was arrested Sunday for apparently cutting her boyfriend with metal scissors.Ksenia Igorevna Fetkulova, 28, of Old 30 Road was arrested by Onslow County Sheriff’s Office after an argument escalated to a domestic situation.“We received a call of an individual who had be assaulted on the 27th, or yesterday, at 12:30 a.m.,” OCSO Maj.
