A 23-year-old Jacksonville man has been accused of shooting a semi-automatic pistol into the side of a truck after his foot was driven over, according to Onslow County Sheriff’s Office.Christopher Matthew Spires of Swains Loop Road in Jacksonville was arrested by deputies about 5:30 p.m. Monday and charged with felony discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling or vehicle, though no injuries were reported.Spires’ wife was reportedly in a dispute with the woman [...]
