A check on a missing headlight turned into another DWI arrest for a Pink Hill man.Carl Derek Irvin Jr., 27, of N.C. 41 in Pink Hill was arrested Wednesday by the Richlands Police Department and charged with felony habitual impaired driving, driving while license revoked; and headlight out.Officers allegedly saw Irvin driving with one headlight out at 1:47 a.m. and pulled him over at the Scotchman in Richlands off U.S. 258 just to give him a warning, said Chief Ron Lindig.
