Travis C. Baker, 19, of Country Club Drive in Jacksonville was arrested April 2 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with larceny and break or enter a motor vehicle.Baker is accused of breaking and entering a 2007 Honda Fit and stealing a women’s gold wedding ring with a princess cut diamond, a women’s gold panda bear ring and a men’s gold wedding band, all worth $3,300, according to warrants.
