A Jacksonville man has been accused of rape.Kordell Anthony McCloud, 19, of W. Frances Street in Jacksonville was arrested May 26 by Jacksonville Police Department and charged with second degree forcible rape and second degree forcible sex offense.McCloud is accused of engaging in the alleged sex offense a female whose age was not immediately available on May 2, according to warrants.
