A Jacksonville man is accused of shoving a 9-year-old boy out of a van and then stealing it.Lathanial Walker, 20, of Walkens Woods Lane was arrested by the Jacksonville Police Department Wednesday and charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle; felony common law robbery; and misdemeanor assault on a child under 12.Officers were called at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday about a stolen vehicle and went to W.T.
