The man who is accused of conspiring with his father to shoot a 29-year-old is now in jail.James Lee Cameron, 20, and Jermaine Emanuel Johnson, 41, have been arrested by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury in connection to the April 26 shooting of Quentin Jamal Smith.
