A veteran has been arrested after allegedly assaulting a doctor after claiming he has not received adequate help.Kelly Gene Graham, 51, of Sunset Road in Jacksonville, was arrested by the Jacksonville Police Department Friday and charged with felony assault causing physical injury of emergency personnel.Graham is accused of assaulting Dr. Fayez Mikhail at Jacksonville Community Based Outpatient Clinic, a veteran’s administration clinic, according to warrants.
