Felicia Louise Vallee, 31, of Kenan Loop in Jacksonville was arrested April 7 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony break or enter a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property.Vallee is accused of breaking and entering a 2005 Mazda 3 and stealing Klonopin medication worth $20, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
