D’Angela Monique Witcher, 26, of Shroyer Circle in Jacksonville was arrested April 6 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and possessing a stolen motor vehicle.Witcher is accused of stealing a 2001 Hyundai worth $5,000, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
