Jvon Moses, 33, of Live Oak Court in Jacksonville was arrested March 25 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and manufacture marijuana.Moses is accused of possessing approximately 20 grams of marijuana and manufacturing the marijuana by packaging and repackaging, according to warrants.Bond was set at $2,500.
