Bradley William Micai, 20, of High Hill Road in Jacksonville was arrested March 31 by the Jacksonville Police Department on six charges of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance and five charges of trafficking opium or heroin.Micai is accused of manufacturing, possessing, transporting, selling and delivering 14 to 28 grams of opiates to a confidential informant, according to warrants.
