Kylee Michelle Bellavance, 30, of Willow Run Road in Sneads Ferry was arrested March 8 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with delivering cocaine and conspiracy to sell/deliver cocaine.Bellavance is accused of conspiring with two others to commit the felony of delivering cocaine, and delivering cocaine to a confidential informant, according to warrants.Bond was set at $10,000.
