A Jacksonville man is accused of raping a 6-year-old girl.Adam Clay Brewer, 27, of Decatur Road in Jacksonville was arrested Friday by the Jacksonville Police Department on three charges of indecent liberties with child and statutory rape of child by adult.Brewer is accused of engaging in intercourse the 6-year-old on July 7, 2016, according to warrants.
