A second arrest has been made in a recent shooting.Jasmine Leann Civils, 21, of Vance Lane in Maysville, was charged by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office with accessory after the fact.According to the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, she knew where the alleged shooter was and didn’t cooperate with investigators following the Jan. 18 shooting.
