Ryan Joseph Smith, 34, of Jolly Drive in Jacksonville was arrested March 30 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods/property and obtain property by false pretense.Smith is accused of stealing an Acer laptop, Beats By Dre headphones, Nike Airmax shoes, a Samsung Galaxy cellphone, a Samsung Neo watch, a PSP game and three PlayStation games, all worth $1,610, according to warrants.
