Three area teens have been charged in connection to the alleged arson of an Emerald Isle house that was severely damaged in a Dec. 8 fire.Emerald Isle police and fire departments responded to a structure fire at 122 Heverly Dr. and found the three-story residence on fire with flames comes from the rear and sides of the house.
