Wilma J. Swinson, 44, of Osborne Way in Beulaville was arrested March 19 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with possessing Methamphetamine and maintain veh/dwell/place CS.Swinson is accused of possessing Methamphetamine and maintaining a 1998 Chevrolet for the purpose of using marijuana and methamphetamine, according to warrants.Bonds totaled $10,000.
