Brittney Elyse Mitchell, 24, of Liberty Point in Jacksonville was arrested March 18 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with larceny remove/destroy/deactivate component and altering/destroying criminal evidence.Mitchell is accused of stealing one back pack and two articles of clothing, worth $339.20, from K-Mart located at 1130 Henderson Drive by removing the anti-theft device from the items, according to warrants.
