Kimberly Kay Serve, 20, of McDaniel Drive in Jacksonville was arrested March 18 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with possessing Heroin and maintain veh/dwell/place CS.Serve is accused of possessing heroin and maintaining room 279 at Baymont Inn & Suites located at 474 Western Blvd. for the purpose of using marijuana and heroin, according to warrants.Bonds totaled $15,000.
